Historically the only option was a Bespoke Sensory Room and that is what makes telling people the price so difficult, as each room is different and often requires custom items.

However... There are now two types routes to go down with a Sensory Room: a Bespoke Sensory Room and a Predesigned Sensory Room.

A Predesigned Sensory Room is selected from our range of modular Sensory Corners. Each Corner works as a standalone product but also combines seamlessly with the other Corners to create a larger Sensory Space. This means that you can spread the cost of creating a Sensory Room rather than saving up for the full room. Our Sensory Corners start at £1000.

As the Corners don't have any customisation they can be easily installed yourself, saving you the installation fee. Check out the Corners below to work out the price of your combination.

A custom Sensory Room can vary in price massively depending on what goes into it and the size of the room. It tends to range from £8,000 at the low end up to £30,000 at the top. The average cost is around £12,000

For Sensory Rooms that we are installing it generally only makes sense for us to install when a room costs £8000. Otherwise a large chunk of what you spend goes on the installation fee. To make our rooms as affordable as possible we have designed the kit to be as easy to install as possible. This means that you can do it yourself, making a Sensory Room much cheaper. However, for things like padding and custom woodworking we require accurate measurements so it is really best if we do install.
