Weighted Blankets

Filled with dense silicone beads, our blankets are thinner than its weight would suggest. Our beads are too small to feel as separate grains and therefore very quiet. The weight arrives as one smooth, even pressure rather than a bag of beans. The removable machine washable cover features a side with raised dots for texture.

The accepted advice is you pick the one roughly 10% of the user's body weight.

The user must always be able to move freely under the blanket and to remove it without help.

Never use a weighted blanket on anyone who cannot reposition or lift it off themselves, and never as a restraint.

Match the weight to the individual and introduce it gradually.
