A Multi Sensory Environment is transformative. Any building with an MSE is part of a club, all the people who work there are members of that club, and everyone who enters is on the team.
Inside the MSE the rules are different, treat it as if it is filled with water, when you come in you displace a volume and improve its formula. You are important here. Be curious, create curiosity.
Theatre understands the suspension of disbelief, MSE requires the suspension of control.
