Weighted Jackets are a discreet way of providing deep pressure, having a "calming and organising" effect on the body's proprioceptive system. Grounding and a constant comforting reminder of the body.

They are commonly recommended by Occupational Therapists for use in the classroom to increase attention span and reduce hyperactivity often seen in children with an autism diagnosis, ADHD, sensory and learning difficulties.
