This was a very disappointing purchase. It barely stretches over the sandpit, it’s very flimsy, and even in this glorious weather, the slightest whiff of a breeze and it’s off. Not what I expected for the price, from TFH.

A thorough review thank you Samantha, which raises 2 points about the Cover: the quality of the material and its fit over the Hourglass Tray. We have reviewed the Cover following your feedback and concluded that the material is not flimsy but in is fact the correct material for the job. Regarding the "fit" we felt that while your point is fair (we had not considered the wind) it is difficult to improve (due to the unusual shape of the Hourglass) - we are investigating the addition of straps to counter the wind and will update this in time. It's true that this ignores your third point (pricing) - as ever TFH aim to make worthwhile products that can support a retail margin, we develop the products and don't mess with the margin.
