How to use:
Cold Therapy-Place the shoulder wrap in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Remove from the plastic bag and apply to the desired area.
Hot Therapy-Place the shoulder wrap in the microwave and heat in 30-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached (do not exceed 2 minutes total heating). Never leave it unattended in a microwave. Always check the temperature before applying it to the body.
