Squeeze Machine Replacement Roller

We absolutely love the functionality of this squeeze machine roller in comparison to the foam roller alternatives. However, there is a significant design flaw. There needs to be an extra layer of plastic protection caps located on the ends of the roller. SO far we have had two warranty replacements and 2 payed replacements for rollers developing micro tears, leaking and becoming unusable. This is all in a 3 year period. This design flaw needs to be fixed. Then it would be 5 stars for sure. -Owner of 2 Pediatric Therapy Clinics who maintain their equipment very well.

Interesting, we don't get many failures, certainly not enough to have highlighted a need for a design review. Please contact me directly - I would like to know exactly what the problem is... Peter
