The Hot & Cold Aroma Weighted Shoulder Wrap fits comfortably around your neck and shoulders. A soothing and contouring herbal shoulder wrap filled with lavender and clay beads, for your relaxation. It is natural, safe and reusable. Helps to melt away the stress and tension of a long day.

How to use:
Cold Therapy-Place the shoulder wrap in a plastic bag and leave it in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use. Remove from the plastic bag and apply to the desired area.
Hot Therapy-Place the shoulder wrap in the microwave and heat in 30-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached (do not exceed 2 minutes total heating). Never leave it unattended in a microwave. Always check the temperature before applying it to the body.
