First of all, I ordered the swing not realizing that it included the safety harness. “First of all, I ordered the swing not realizing that it included the safety harness. I ordered one as it is necessary. I received an email notifying me that it was included and asked if I meant to order the additional one. I emailed back that I did not need two and promptly received another invoice without the extra harness. That's customer service! Delivery was also prompt. The swing itself is very much enjoyed by my grandson. While the expression may look fearful, he's actually having a screaming good time!!”
