The yellow cones serve as turning hand grips which can be used to rotate the disc. You can see the balls roll through the passages. The inner ball stays in the inner passage and the outer balls clatter around the edge.
The center of the game is fixed on a metal bolt, which is screwed to the wall beforehand. The closure is very secure and stable. Wall bracket included.
