First of all, I ordered the swing not realizing that it included the safety harness. I ordered one as it is necessary. I received an email notifying me that it was included and asked if I meant to order the additional one. I emailed back that I did not need two and promptly received another invoice without the extra harness. That's customer service! Delivery was also prompt. The swing itself is very much enjoyed by my grandson. While the expression may look fearful, he's actually having a screaming good time!!

Very happy with the purchase, out child is secure in the seat and its large enough for her. We used our own frame and managed to attach it and it works, had to shorten the length of the ropes but all works well.
