TFH Swing Frame Single

Our grand-daughter with severe cerebral palsy is now 12 and too large for our old swing which hangs on a climbing frame. She greatly enjoys being on a swing, and this is a really robust frame that should last for years.

We purchased the swing frame and wheelchair platform - what an amazing customer service team they noticed I made an error with the frame and called me straight away to amend it and adjust the cost. Brilliant delivery times, brilliant customer team, great quality item arrived well packaged. Husband only threw two tantrums putting it together and very,very much look forward to my daughter enjoying it!

Good quality product

After previously buying a wood frame swing and it lasting 1 week, we bought this one for our autistic daughter. The swing is her stim, it's where she deregulates. It had to be quiet..... it is! It had to be strong... it is! It's big enough to last years! Very happy with this swing, worth every penny. She hates having her pic taken..

The product is fantastic. It’s everything we needed for our son but the best thing about this purchase was the customer service. There was a small error on the delivery email that was sent but it was rectified immediately and given next day delivery so close to Christmas. Couldn’t have ask for better. Thank you.

Fantastic quality and very strong and safe

My daughter LOVES this. It was very easy to install (with two people) but you do need to make sure you put the poles the correct way around (instructions could be clearer). It’s incredibly sturdy and we love it.

Firstly, I spoke with a friendly, efficient lady before deciding to purchase the swing, She was very helpful in guiding me in ordering my Purchase. I ordered my swing on the Tuesday, kept up-to-date with the delivery and it arrived the following Thursday. Two neatly packaged cartons arrived, one the swing and the other package all the various components. Instructions were very good, and I set out to erect it on my own, was a bit tricky but eventually positioned it where I was going to site it, then it rained. Next day dug the holes as per the instructions, made sure it was level using a spirit level and then pouring the quick dry cement over the spikes fitting in the ground. Once all was in place and the cement set I tightened all the bolts. Everything that was supplied was included, even a spanner and alan key! I am delighted with the quality and strength of the swing. My grandson is over the moon with it too! I would recommend this item 100% .
