I bought this for a child with achondroplaisia as advised by his physio therapist he has very little arm and leg muscle, the strength needed to twist this device was a challenge for many in the room,
I feel an on off switch would have improved the product design rather than twisting an extremely stiff end to trigger the battery into connecting
Very hit and miss and expensive for a poorly designed sensory aid

It was vibrating, but quite weak, even at high level. You have to be very still to feel it. We were expecting something more powerful.
