Sensory Gyms

TFH Canada knows that sensory breaks are integral to learning - call it recess, but provide opportunities to engage the body in an active way. Sensory Gyms can be mini circuits in your classroom, gymnasium or hallway; they can also be dedicated spaces in a classroom or Sensory Break Room in your school or therapy centre.
