How It Works:

  5. 4. Pay for Your Order – Don’t worry, any shipping charges will be removed when you choose pick-up.
  6. 5. Wait for Your Pick-Up Appointment Email – We will contact you at the email address you provided to schedule a convenient time during our operating hours for pickup.
  7. 6. Pick Up Your Order at the Warehouse – Follow the instructions provided in your appointment email when you arrive.

Fair, Transparent Shipping:

Effective January 1, 2026, shipping starts at $12.00 CAD and varies by postal code. We pass on our volume-discounted rates based on size and weight — no handling fees, no mark-ups, just savings. 

How to Check Your Shipping Cost:

  2. 2. Add or confirm your shipping address
  3. 3. Choose a payment method and click Continue
  4. 4. Your total shipping cost will appear under Order Summary

Delivery Timing:
Your order begins its journey the first full business day after leaving our facility. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, but we promise to handle each package with care along the way.

Our Shipping Partners:
To get your products to you safely, quickly, and at the best value, we use Purolator and Canada Post for ground shipments. For larger truck shipments, we select the most economical carrier available, so you save without sacrificing quality.

A Friendly Shipping Note:
💌  Please use the tracking information provided to follow your package. Orders with multiple boxes may arrive separately. Thank you for your patience — we’re excited for your items to arrive safely and bring joy to your space! 

Shipping for Oversized & Remote Items


  • Oversized items: have a minimum trucking charge of $180.
  • Heavier pallet items: may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Most truck shipments require a loading dock. If unavailable, additional fees may apply:
    • Liftgate Service: $70 (brings shipment to ground level)
    • Inside Delivery: $55
    • Residential Delivery Fee: $80 (for private homes, schools, or residential areas)
  • All shipments originate from Pickering, Ontario. No additional duty, brokerage, or import charges. TFH Canada ships within Canada only.

Remote Locations:
  • Deliveries to remote areas (e.g., towns far from shipping hubs, postal codes with two or more zeros, or airlifted locations) may take 4–9 extra days.
  • Additional charges for fly-in service may apply; you will be contacted for approval.
  • Some items cannot be shipped to remote locations — please call 905-492-9211 or email orders@tfhcanada.ca

Delivery Schedule

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible — typically within 3–5 business days. Most items (about 90% of our stock) ship from our Pickering warehouse within 24 hours. Custom items or products unavailable from suppliers may take longer — we’ll keep you informed and contact you promptly if there’s a delay.

Back Orders

If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, you’ll be notified via delivery note, phone, or email. Back-ordered items will still be charged unless you let us know otherwise. Discontinued or unavailable items will be removed from your invoice, and a credit will be applied to your card.
