Return Policy Moratorium

What can I return? 

Effective immediately, due to the range of medical needs of our customer and Covid-19, there is a moratorium on returns and exchanges for all products. We know that COVID-19 is spread through contact with the respiratory droplets produced by infected individuals when they cough, sneeze, or even when they laugh or speak, including by individuals who have not yet or who may never develop symptoms; the health and safety of our staff and customers is paramount.
Under pre-covid environments, returns for most new & unopened items sold by TFH Canada were accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost.

Return Authorization Code

If you would like to return an item, please call TFH at 877-509-7524 for a Return Authorization Number (RA number). This number must be written on the outside of each box being returned along with our address. Items returned without an RA number will be refused. We accept only unused/unassembled items in resellable condition. Custom and special order items are final sale only.  Return freight is the customer's responsibility unless an item was sent to you in error. Truck items must be returned by the same carrier that delivered them. Return freight must be prepaid by the company or person returning the product. If merchandise is returned within 30 days of receipt and in resellable condition, you will receive a full refund. If return is after 30 days but less than 60 days, a restocking fee of 25-50% will be charged.

Restocking fees are:

31-45 days - 25% of order total

45-60 Days - 50% of order total

Sorry no returns, refunds, or credits after 61 days.

All returned merchandise should be packages securely to prevent damage and shipped pre-paid, with insurance to the address below.  If you feel an item is defective and would like to be reimbursed for your return shipping charges, PLEASE INCLUDE A RECEIPT FOR YOUR SHIPPING IN THE BOX.  WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU FOR REASONABLE SHIPPING CHARGES.  WE DO NOT PAY FOR PACKAGING MATERIALS CHARGED BY SHIPPING STORES.  If possible, use the box and packaging materials that your order was shipped in.

When will I get my refund? 
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. 

Does TFH Canada do replacements? 

We can only replace the exact item and version you ordered, and you are responsible to return the damaged item within 30 days at your cost. If you want to exchange for a different item, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

Returning Large Items Delivered by Common Carrier

Before signing the bill of lading: Please inspect your merchandise presented by the trucking company. If there is obvious damage to the merchandise, please document this damage on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. Any package defects such as tears, punctures, crushing, water damage or placement of the item wrong end up may indicate concealed damage. Please keep all packaging until you have determined the order is acceptable.

During delivery: If you see obvious damage you may refuse the shipment and note the reason for the refusal on the delivery paperwork. Call us at 1-877-509-7524 to arrange for a replacement. You will not be charged for shipping and handling on your replacement order.

After you have accepted delivery: If you discover a problem, call us at 1-877-509-7524. We may be able to resolve the problem without a return. Please retain all packing material and boxes until you have verified the satisfactory condition of your purchase. If you do need to return or exchange a large item, call us and we'll arrange for it to be picked up by a freight company.
