Unused, uninstalled items are eligible for store credit within 20 days of delivery. To begin, contact info@tfhcanada.ca with your order number.
📦 What Can I Return?
We accept unused, unassembled items in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
❌ Non‑Returnable Items
- Personal‑use items (chewables, fabric items, wearable items)
- Customized or altered products
- Final Sale or Custom‑Made items
- Used, assembled, or damaged items

You must report shipping damage or missing items within 5 business days of receiving your order.

🔁 How to Start a Return
📨 1. Request a Return Authorization Number

- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return, including a photo of their unused state.
- Reason for return

- Keep the original packaging
- Include all parts, accessories, and manuals
- Take a photo of the item’s condition
- Write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box
🚚 3. Ship It Back
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong item
- Return shipping must be prepaid
- Items shipped back within 5 days of delivery in resellable condition receive full merchandise credit (minus shipping)
- No returns accepted after 20 days

If damage is obvious, refuse the shipment and note the reason.
