You must obtain a Return Authorization Number before sending equipment back.

📦 Damaged or Incomplete Shipments
TFH Canada packages every order with care, but damage can occur in transit.
If the box looks damaged:
  • You may refuse the shipment
  • Or sign and note all visible damage
After delivery:
  • Inspect contents immediately
  • Keep all packaging
  • Report concealed damage within 5 business days to info@tfhcanada.ca
After 5 business days, we cannot replace or refund damaged items.
