TFH Canada precedent is not to provide discounts to any client. We offer our best pricing every day of the year to all customers without preferential treatment to anyone client. TFH Canada is built upon the principle that a $10 budget must be valued as deeply as a $10,000 budget and we do not waiver from that ethic. We also have agreements with many of our suppliers that we do not resell at a discount.

We only accept Purchase Orders from Hospitals, Schools, and Government Agencies that have a pre-approved TFH Canada Customer Account. Any other facility or person must pay by credit card or PayPal.

Statement of Policy
TFH equipment is designed and manufactured only for supervised therapeutic activity. This equipment must not be used unsupervised. It is the supervisor's responsibility to ensure that the equipment is appropriate for the individual, that it is used safely; and put away when not in use.
We cannot accept the return of inflatable, oral function, personal use, plush, or feeding products. Please understand that we cannot cancel custom-made items in production, nor accept their return unless defective.
TFH equipment should not be modified. The instructions should be followed and the instruction sheets should be kept handy for reference by other supervisors.

Tax Charges
For orders with a delivery address in Ontario, PEI, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, or New Brunswick the HST will be applied to the total of your order, including the shipping costs. All other provinces pay GST only.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

Our reputation for quality is second to none, and all manufactured TFH products are guaranteed for one year. Products supplied by us but manufactured by another are subject to the guarantee of that manufacturer.
Full Year Limited Warranty
All products manufactured by TFH are guaranteed against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship for one full year from date of shipment. Any such manufacturer defect will be repaired or the products replaced, at our option, upon return to our offices. You must contact us for a return authorization before sending us any equipment at 877-509-7524. All equipment will wear with use and no guarantee is made against normal deterioration. We recommend you inspect all weight-bearing, jointed, equipment fittings and supports to guard against injury. Any alterations of equipment or improper use of equipment will void our warranties.
Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended for supervised use and, even though we use the finest materials available, we cannot guarantee freedom from injury.
The supervisor assumes all risks of injury or applicability during use. All merchandise is sold under this condition, which no representative of the company can waive or change.

Damaged and Incomplete Shipments
TFH Canada makes every effort to package and ship your order with the greatest of experience and care.
However, there are occasions when damage or loss occurs in transit. If you see obvious damage to the box and/or contents, you may refuse a shipment. If you choose to sign for the shipment, note any and all damages or losses to info@tfhcanada.ca
If you accept a shipment by signing for it, you acknowledge that the shipment is in good condition (free of damage or loss). Upon receipt, you must open and inspect the contents of the shipment for possible concealed damage or loss. Keep all packaging and shipping material associated with a damage or loss shipment.
IMPORTANT: You only have 5 business days from receipt of shipment to report damage or loss that was not noted on the delivery receipt to our office via email.
At that time, we will arrange for a replacement or refund. After 5 business days, we are not able to refund or replace for damages or loss.
