I bought this brush in 2014 and liked it very much then suddenly it stopped working even though I changed the batteries. I use it a lot for brushing my hair but the vibating side no longer works. Now the red button keeps dropping out of the handle.

This brush is an excellent price, but when I put the batteries in they didn't align very well which causes it to be temperamental when turning it on. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Other than that, when it does work it's very good.
