Delivery Costs, Schedule & Returns

Once you have submitted your order and we have processed your payment, we will send confirmation via e-mail (please make a note of your order reference as you may need to quote this number when in communication with us). Standard processing takes 1-2 business days.

Please allow 2-5 working days from receipt of your order for delivery. Custom or made-to-order items can take up to six weeks for dispatch. While we do our utmost to ensure delivery times are achieved, there may be unforeseen delays. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries with your order. Holiday or postal restrictions may apply.

Shipping Costs

Please note we have had to introduce an additional shipping charge for large items, we hope that this is temporary.

Shipping costs are calculated at check out. 

Delivery to Non-Mainland UK & Europe is estimated at 15% of the total order.

If you are an international customer looking to ship outside of these countries, please get in contact with us. Our export team will put you in touch with one of our overseas distributors. 

Back Orders
Our team will contact you If any of the items you have reserved are out of stock. We will then backorder and ship the item to you as soon as it becomes available. Item colours, sizes, and design are subject to availability. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you have any specific requirements. 

Damage or Loss
Our warehouse staff take great care when packing your order to ensure that it arrives in the best condition. If your order arrives damaged, please e-mail photographs and provide information of any breakages to We will then contact our couriers and, if needed, arrange replacements. 

If an item is missing, or you received something other than what you were expecting, contact our customer team as soon as possible so that we can remedy your order. 

All of our products can be returned free of charge within 30 days for any reason (UK mainland only). Send an e-mail including your name, address, and order number to or give us a call on 01299 827820 to arrange a return.

After 30 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer. Returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of 60% of the cost. Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to failure to report defect in the warranty period, damage due to improper use or misapplication, the substitution of parts, and or a lack of proper maintenance. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
